The classic gimlet is a simple two-ingredient cocktail made historically with equal parts gin and sweetened lime cordial.

Watermelon’tini
Another twist on the traditional Martini we all know and love. Like many of the popular adaptations (apple or lychee) this cocktail replaces the tart, dry flavour of vermouth in preference for light, sweet, fruity flavours.
Born in the 90’s: The watermelon martini is said to have originated in London during the “martini craze” of the 1990’s and early 2000’s. At the time, makers were experimenting with a variety of flavoured liqueurs and/or fleshly mulled fruit infused vodkas.
